Furthermore, with the need to migrate a service center located in the North and Northeast of the country into the company’s system strategically, the client relied on Meta’s Change Management solution.
After establishing the necessary means to monitor each phase of the project and post-implementation, it was possible to overcome resistance, accelerate adaptation to the new model, reduce the impacts of the change, and improve post-implementation performance levels, with broad acceptance from employees involved in the transition process.
