Tromink, an industrial and agricultural sector company with over 32 years of experience, has implemented SAP S/4HANA in partnership with Meta to modernize and integrate its operations. This initiative aims to support accelerated growth, enhance efficiency, and optimize strategic decision-making through real-time data, strengthening the company's readiness for the future.

Tromink Strengthens Growth with SAP S/4HANA in Partnership with Meta

With over three decades of experience, Tromink has established itself as a leading name in Brazil’s industrial and agricultural sectors. Located in the Industrial District of Panambi/RS, the company has experienced rapid growth in recent years, driving the need for modernization and integration of its operations. To support this expansion and prepare for future challenges, Tromink chose to implement SAP S/4HANA and partnered with Meta to lead its digital transformation and evolution process.

Choosing SAP S/4HANA: A Strategic Step for the Future

The decision to adopt SAP S/4HANA came after a careful analysis of Tromink’s needs. The company recognized that, beyond investing in machinery, people, and processes, it was essential to have a management tool that enhanced decision-making agility and control by providing precise, real-time information.

As Tromink’s CEO, Giliane Brandt, highlights:
“The implementation of SAP aligns with our need for more accurate, real-time information so we can manage the company with greater control.”

This reflects Tromink’s commitment to sustained growth and continuous innovation.

Beyond selecting the right technology, the implementation required a strong partnership to ensure efficient execution aligned with Tromink’s specific needs. Meta’s deep industry expertise and close client relationships were key differentiators in the project.

“Meta’s knowledge of our business was a crucial advantage. They were always open to discussions and realignments, helping us ensure that each project phase was successfully completed,” adds Giliane.

Change Management: A Key Pillar for SAP S/4HANA Implementation Success

Beyond technology, Organizational Change Management (OCM) played a fundamental role in ensuring that Tromink’s employees adapted to the new system.

“We faced many challenges during the process, but Meta’s consulting team guided us effectively, ensuring that each step was completed at the right time, with the right information,” shared Aline Bairros, one of the project leads.

Meta adopted a hands-on, continuous support approach, adjusting the process as needed.

“Meta’s role was essential in managing change, bringing experience and expertise to ensure that each project phase was successfully executed,” reinforces Aline.

Results and Expectations

Although Tromink is still in the early months of using SAP S/4HANA, the company has already noticed significant improvements in operational integration.

“Today, we can already see a difference in processes and operational efficiency,” says Maiquel Roberto Schneider, Tromink’s IT Manager. However, he emphasizes that there is still a learning curve ahead:

“We now have access to information we didn’t have before, but we are still in the process of learning how to use it strategically.”

Tromink expects that, with time and adaptation to the new system, the benefits will continue to grow, enabling further operational optimization, improved interdepartmental communication, and leveraging real-time data for more precise, strategy-aligned decisions.

A Promising Future with Meta

The partnership with Meta is seen as a long-term relationship, essential for Tromink’s continuous growth.

“The greatest benefit is the foundation it provides for Tromink’s growth, allowing us to better serve our customers and expand into new markets,” concludes Maiquel Roberto Schneider.
