Meta, a technology and innovation company focused on digital transformation and evolution, has just attracted another industry leader to take charge of the Meta Digital Solutions Hub. This Center of Excellence is responsible for projects in Digital Architecture, Software Engineering, High-Performance Squads, DevSecOps, and Intelligent Software Factory, aiming to scale digital evolution processes for large and mid-sized companies, both in Brazil and internationally. Rodrigo Guardia, who previously led this Hub and has extensive expertise in technology and technical architecture, will now take the lead in Pre-Sales.
With over 25 years of experience in technology and business, Saravalle has worked at prominent national and multinational companies. He began his professional career at Accenture, where he spent over 18 years, working in the retail and consumer goods sectors, with a strong focus on marketing, sales, supply chain, e-commerce, back office, human resources, new business strategy, IT, management consulting, and the implementation of ERPs and niche solutions.
Later, at IBM, he embraced the challenge of developing digital solutions for large national and multinational companies for three and a half years. He contributed to the company’s transition to a more service-oriented and consultative sales model. In the last two and a half years, he led Business Integration Partners (BIP), an Italian-origin global consultancy, as the Lead Director of the Business Unit.
‘The Meta Hubs were created last year with the goal of simplifying processes, enhancing operational efficiency, improving customer experience, and, consequently, driving business growth in a competitive and sustainable way. Digital evolution is the answer to these challenges, and the arrival of Ricardo Saravalle aligns with our own evolution process,’ explains Simone Lettieri, CDO of Meta.
Ricardo Saravalle is excited about the new challenges. ‘I’m very excited to work at Meta, I was impressed with the portfolio of offerings, the client base, and the level of the company’s team. I’m happy to contribute to accelerating digital solutions with my experience of over 20 years in technology and business consulting,’ he concludes
