In Partnership with Meta and SAP, V4 Company Chooses a Robust Software to Prepare for the Next Decade
V4 Company was founded ten years ago by Dener Lippert in Rio Grande do Sul to address the need for specialized digital marketing services. It quickly became evident that the market lacked a truly specialized service provider, leading the company to adopt a franchise model. In partnership with Meta, V4 Company implemented SAP S/4HANA, SAP’s advanced enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. The project went live in March 2023, and according to Chief Operating Officer (COO) Eduardo Torres, the company is already projecting savings of at least R$ 6 million per year.
“With the project we developed, we now issue invoices and two tax receipts linked to each billing transaction. This eliminates the double taxation we previously faced. If we consider that the network is currently generating around R$ 23 million per month, and we take 20% of that, it amounts to R$ 5 million. Applying an estimated tax rate of 10%, which is roughly the base rate for our network, we’re talking about at least R$ 500,000 per month in tax savings—adding up to R$ 6 million per year—just from implementing this process,” explains Torres.
A Management System for Growth and Future Expansion
The need for a robust management system arose from both V4 Company’s rapid growth and its ambitious future plans. In the medium term, the company plans to go public with an IPO on the stock exchange. “To reach an IPO, I need all our financials to be fully audited. Managing 240 offices without a single P&L structure, which we intend to establish with SAP S/4HANA, is a huge challenge. We are playing the capitalism star game—equity,” says Torres.
At the same time, V4 Company is preparing for international expansion. “The first step is the IPO. The second step is to expand internationally. Choosing an ERP system that is already globally recognized will make it much easier for us to scale our operations in other countries. We are preparing for the next ten years,” adds Torres.
